 Pellet stoves are now recognized as the new and popular way to provide heat. It burns wood pellets to provide hot air to a room or the entire house. These wood pellets are compacted and dense, causing it to burn efficiently and powerfully. Its low moisture content property means that less smoke and harmful gasses are released into the air. If you are an environmentalist, you will be happy to know that these pellets are simply a byproduct of leftover materials made from wood, nuts and other logging residues. Usually they come from scrap wood at sawmills, furniture manufacturers, paper packaging plants and recycling centers.  The pellet manufacturer will dry and compress the scrap wood and form it into small cylinder shaped little pieces of wood. Its form is very similar to rabbit food.
